The reopening ceremony of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara English Medium School, Dharmasthala, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and grandeur on May 29.
The students were warmly welcomed with turmeric, kumkum, and rose water. They were delighted to be greeted by high school students dressed in colourful puppet costumes, creating a joyful and festive atmosphere. The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by correspondent Shri Ananthapadmanabha Bhat, Headmistress Parimala M. V., newly admitted students, and students who had excelled in the SSLC examination.
The students who achieved outstanding results in the SSLC examination were felicitated for their remarkable accomplishments. Addressing the gathering, Headmistress Parimala M. V. extended her best wishes to the students and encouraged them to make the most of the new academic year.
The teachers welcomed the students with a special song, making the occasion even more memorable.
