Skill Development & Community Service

At SDM ITI Samse, every trainee is closely guided and encouraged to continuously improve their technical skills through hands-on training and real-time work experience. Ample opportunities are provided to enhance practical knowledge and develop professional competence across all trades. The Mechanic Motor Vehicle trainees actively participate in maintenance, repair, and servicing activities, gaining valuable exposure to real-world automobile systems. In addition, trainees provide technical services to local villagers and nearby schools, including air inflation, brake adjustment, break brake liner changing, full vehicle check-up, and wheel rotation for four-wheelers. Trainees from the Welder trade undertake fabrication works such as gates and Pavilion/Tent poles. The Electrician trade students carry out repairs of household appliances like mixers and grinders, while Electronics Mechanic trainees handle repairs of mobile phones, ovens, and televisions.

Through such practical engagement and community service, students build confidence, strengthen their technical expertise, and develop a strong sense of responsibility, preparing them to become skilled and industry-ready professionals.
