One day Life skill training programme was arranged in SDM Residential PU College Ujire on 26/11/22. More than 10 trainers trained all the students of College.
All the lecturers assisted the trainers in the same.

Department of Kannada Organised Kannada Rajyotshava Programme on 1/11/22 at prayer hall. Mr. Madura Mohana Kalluraya was the chief guest of the event. JUNIOR RED CROSS UNIT was inaugurated by Mr.Sunil PJ Lecturer in Biology SDM PU College Ujire on 12 Oct 2022. He briefly explained the history of Red Cross and the purpose of it to the students.

Department of Mathematics and Science club arranged a Guest lecture by Retired Professor Mr. T. Prakash Prabhu on “Math, fun and Music” on 22 Sep 2022 in Prayer hall.
“Swasthya Sankalpa” programme was arranged in Prayer hall on 14/Sep/22. Dr.Somshekar Shetty was the chief guest speaker. He adviced students not to addict for any bad habits like smoking drinking etc. Focus only on your goal and achieve it in the future he added. Dr.T.Krishnamurthy Principal presided over the programme. Mr.Sunil Pandit welcomed and Mr.Parshwanath Hegde proposed vote of thanks.
Taluk Level football tournament was held in Anugraha PU College Ujire on 27/08/22. SDM Residential PU College came out as winners.
Department of Biology Organised ‘Leaf Identification’ Programme on 22 Aug 2022 at Biology lab. Students are given different leaves to identify on the table. Mrs.Vani M.A H.O.D and Mr. Pradeep Lecturer Department of Biology Hosted the Event.
District level PU inter-collegiate Kannada and English Elocution was held in SDM Residential PU College Ujire at prayer hall on 10-08-22. Mr.Harish M.Y E.O of SDM eductional institution and Mrs.Rajashree B Manager Canara Bank Ujire were the chief guests. 53 students were participated from 30 colleges in both kannada and Elocution competition. Inauguration of Students’ council was held in SDM Residential PU College at Prayer hall on 6 Aug 2022. Dr. Sathischandra Secretary SDM Institutions Ujire was the chief Guest.
