On December 9, Mrs. Ankitha, a lecturer at S.D.M. Pre-University College and Ranger Leader, emphasized the importance of engaging children in such activities from an early age, stating, “Engaging children in such activities at a young age helps instill discipline early in life.” This remark was made during the inauguration of the “Bunny” programme for Kindergarten students (ages 3 to 6) at S.D.M. English Medium School, Ujire.

Following the programme’s inauguration, which was organized by the Bharat Scouts & Guides division, Mrs. Pramila, Secretary of the Belthangady Local Association, motivated the students with her insightful words and led them in an action song.

The event was chaired by the school’s Principal, Mr. Manmohan Naik K.G., who welcomed the gathering and guest in a most cordial address. Teachers Mrs. Raveena and Mrs.Mamatha served as the event’s comperes, while teacher Mrs. Suvina expressed words of gratitude.
