On August 21: The CBSE Inter-School Cultural Competition ‘Anvekshyam-2024’ took place on August 21 in our school, featuring 38 schools active particiaption of Dakshina Kannada district. The event was officially opened by Dr. Satishchandra S., Secretary of SDM Educational Institutions, at the Indraprastha Auditorium of SDM College, Ujire, where he conveyed his best wishes to all participants involved in various competitions. Sri Dhanyakumar, the Student Welfare Officer, SDM Educational Institution, was also in attendance. The program was overseen by the principal of the school, Mr. Manmohan Naik K.G. A total of 38 teams from CBSE schools across the district took part in the competition. In the evening, the valedictory function was held, featuring Dr. Akhila Bhandarkar P., a distinguished alumna and medical officer, as the chief guest. She presented awards to the winners of the competition.
