In occasion of Independence Day, a guest talk was organized at SDM Residential PU College for the students of Sanskrit on 16th of August. The Coordinator of Samskrutha Bharati Mangalore wing was the chief guest of the event. He stated that Sanskrit is a scientific language which forms the foundation for all other languages. It must be taught and written in the original language and style itself. The Hindi faculty of the college, Sunil Pandit also emphasized on the role of Sanskrit in building other languages. Faculty and students of the college were present.
