Follow these simple steps to ensure your student dues are credited accurately and you receive your bank acknowledgment immediately.
Click on College Fee, Mess Fee, or Hostel Fee depending on the dues you wish to clear. You will be redirected to the official Axis Bank portal.
Provide your University Seat Number (USN), Admission Number, or Roll Number along with student name, branch, and academic semester as prompted on the screen.
Pay securely using UPI Apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NetBanking (any Indian bank), Credit/Debit Cards, or download a pre-printed NEFT/RTGS bank challan.
On successful transaction, immediately download the official EasyPay Bank Receipt containing the UTR / Transaction reference number for your records.
Students availing Nationalized Bank Educational Loans or requiring direct institutional wire transfers can submit fee drafts or perform NEFT/RTGS remittances to the official college account details shown here.

In rare cases of bank network timeouts, the amount is either automatically reversed to your bank account within 3–5 working days or processed with a successful reference number. If the amount is not reversed, please email your bank statement showing the debit to accounts@sdmit.in with your USN.
Yes! You can present the downloaded EasyPay payment receipt to the SDMIT Accounts Section at the administrative block to obtain an official stamped institutional fee receipt valid for tax exemptions and employer reimbursement claims.
