SSLC Provisional Marks Card
Must carry Headmaster's seal and official signature.
SSLC Marks Card
Photocopy of original SSLC / Class 10 marks card.
Aadhaar Card
Clear photocopy of Aadhaar Card for identity verification.
Passport Photographs
10 recent passport-size color photographs.
Transfer Certificate (TC)
Original TC issued by the previous institution.
Caste Certificate
Photocopy of Caste / Category certificate (if applicable).
Eligibility Certificate
Compulsory for CBSE, ICSE, Outside Karnataka, and Foreign National students.
Migration Certificate
Compulsory for CBSE, ICSE, Outside Karnataka, and Foreign National students from concerned board.
SSLC Admission Ticket
Photocopy of SSLC Hall Ticket / Admission Ticket.
