Membership Categories
Students
- Open to all currently enrolled BAMS / PG / PhD students
- Valid college ID required for registration
- Access to reading hall, stacks, and digital library
- Borrowing subject to programme-level limits
Popular
Faculty
- Open to all teaching faculty members
- Extended borrowing privileges and issue duration
- Priority access to new arrivals and reference material
- Remote access credentials for e-resources
Researchers
- Open to registered PhD scholars and post-doctoral researchers
- Access to special collections upon request
- Research support and literature search assistance
- Extended reading hall hours during research periods
Staff
- Open to non-teaching staff of the institution
- Access to reading hall and general collection
- Limited borrowing privileges
- Access to newspapers and periodicals section
Borrowing Privileges
Issue Limits & Duration

Note: Reference books, rare manuscripts and special collection items are for in-library use only and are not issued for home borrowing.
Return Procedure
- Return books at the circulation desk within the issue period.
- Ensure the book is in the same condition as when issued.
- Collect an updated borrowing slip after each return.
Lost / Damaged Book Policy
- Report loss or damage to library staff immediately.
- Replace with an identical edition or pay the current cost plus processing fee.
- Library dues must be cleared before issuance of transfer/study certificates.
