Shetty, Chief Librarian of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute of Technology, Ujire, inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp.<br>Addressing the students, Dr. Shetty explained the concept of &#8220;Read, Reflect, Review.&#8221; She emphasized the importance of developing the habit of reading, reflecting on what has been read, and reviewing or sharing one&#8217;s thoughts with others. She highlighted how this practice enhances creativity, strengthens memory, improves critical thinking, and develops communication and writing skills. Through engaging examples and real-life illustrations, she inspired students to become thoughtful and lifelong readers.<br>The programme was compered by student Aradhya P. Joshi. The Headmistress, Mrs. Parimala M. V., welcomed the gathering, while Deon introduced the chief guest.
