Department of PG Studies in Social Work organized an \u201cAlumni Interaction \u2013 the forum for \u2018The Dreamers and Doers on 29-01-2022 at CR-08, SDM PG Centre, Ujire. The interaction was done by alumna of the department Ms Veekshitha Shetty, District coordinator, Care India- Govt Supporting Project, Bagalkot on \u201cWorking at Adjust\u201d. The resource person of the session shared about her work experience as a newly joined employee and highlighted on the importance of accepting the changes. She revealed fun at work, being motivated and driven about our work is important to foster good vibes and respect at adjust so that the work environment can be a place where everyone feels happy and safe. She also stated college & teachers plays a very important role in making the career of a student, for her it was SDMMSW. Later the session was followed by queries and discussion. Dr Chitra B C, was the coordinator of the programme wherein Ms Shreeraksha, the student coordinator welcomed the resource person and Mr Parshwanath Jain rendered vote of thanks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
