I Semester:<\/strong>\u00a0Quantitative Techniques- I, Financial Accounting \u2013 I Strategic Management and \u00a0\u00a0Organization Behaviour Business Economics<\/p>\r\n

II Semester:<\/strong>\u00a0Quantitative Techniques- II Financial Accounting \u2013 II, Human Resource Management, Money and Public Finance<\/p>\r\n

III Semester:<\/strong>\u00a0Direct Tax- I, Financial Accounting \u2013 III, Modern Bank Management, Cost & Management Accounting \u2013 I<\/p>\r\n

IV Semester:<\/strong>\u00a0Direct Tax- II, Financial Accounting \u2013 IV, International Trade, Cost & Management Accounting \u2013 II<\/p>\r\n

V Semester:<\/strong>\u00a0Direct Tax- III, Corporate Accounting \u2013 I, Financial Management \u2013 I, Cost & Management Accounting \u2013 III, Business Law, Modern Marketing<\/p>\r\n

VI Semester:<\/strong>\u00a0GST & Customs Duty, Corporate Accounting \u2013 II, Financial Management \u2013 II ,Cost & Management Accounting \u2013 IV, Indian Corporate Law, Auditing<\/p>\r\n

Group II:\u00a0<\/strong>The student has to choose\u00a0One Elective Course<\/strong>\u00a0offered.<\/p>\r\n

Group III:<\/strong>\u00a0Foundation Courses \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>The student shall study the following courses<\/p>\r\n

  • Compulsory \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>English language is the compulsory course and one of the languages Kannada \/ Sanskrit \/ Hindi as second language<\/li>\r\n
  • Elective \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0(i) Constitution of India (ii) Human Rights (iii) Gender Equity (iv) Environmental Studies \u2013 shall be studied as compulsory courses in I to IV Semesters.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
