He was speaking as the resource person at a special lecture series titled \u201cKuvempu Literature for the New Generation,\u201d organised jointly by the Department of Kannada, SDM College, Ujire, and the Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Pratishthana, Kuppalli, at Government First Grade College, Bettampady, Puttur taluk.<br>Dr. Ravishankar emphasized that today\u2019s youth, engrossed in social media, are drifting away from the joy of reading and reflective thinking. He noted that Kuvempu\u2019s ideals of Manujamata, Vishvapathe, Sarvodaya, and Poornadrishti can guide society toward intellectual and moral strength, essential for building a strong India.<br>Programme coordinator Dr. Rajashekar Halemane highlighted that the lecture series aims to bring Kuvempu\u2019s thoughts closer to the younger generation.
