Prof. Alphonsamma, former Head of the Department, inaugurated the event and addressed the gathering. She emphasized the importance of Home Science education in fostering self-reliant living. \u201cHome Science equips students with essential life skills such as cooking, clothing care, and household management \u2014 all of which are vital for day-to-day living,\u201d she stated.
As part of the program, the latest edition of the department’s wall magazine \u2018Gruhavaani\u2019 was released.
Head of the Department Shobha, Assistant Professor Aishwarya, and student representatives Anjali H.R. and Aishwarya H.R. were present alongside other students.
The program began with a prayer led by Darshini and her team. Anjali delivered the welcome address, Soujanya gave the vote of thanks, and Sanusha Pinto compered the event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
