She was delivering a guest lecture on the topic \u201cEmotional Intelligence for Academic Success\u201d, organized by the Department of Business Administration at SDM College.<br>Highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence, Ashwini stated, \u201cUnderstanding one\u2019s own emotions and those of others is a skill that is not innate, but developed over time. Maintaining emotional balance is essential to move forward toward our goals. When emotional intelligence is strong, even mental stress can be managed more effectively.\u201d<br>Faculty members of the Department of Business Administration, Sharachandra K.S. and Gururaj K., along with several students, were present at the event.<br>The session began with a welcome address by Shakuntala, Dean of the Commerce Faculty and Head of the Business Administration Department. Student Yashwanth introduced the guest speaker.
