Veerendra  Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala and President of the SDM Educational  Society, emphasized the importance of students focusing on becoming valuable  resources for constructive national development. He urged students to channel  their knowledge in fields such as science, technology, and humanities toward  logical thinking that can contribute to the nation&#8217;s growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n  Prof. S.R. Niranjan,  Vice-Chairman of the Karnataka State Higher Education Council, highlighted the  significance of skill-based education over the coming decades. He encouraged  graduates to prioritize professional opportunities that combine intellectual  and skill-based capabilities, which would in turn foster comprehensive  development.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n  Presiding over the ceremony,  Mangalore University Vice-Chancellor Prof. P.L. Dharma administered the  graduation oath, urging graduates to contribute to India&#8217;s progress instead of  moving abroad. He stressed the need for a sustainable development mindset to  make impactful contributions to the country&#8217;s advancement. The event was  attended by prominent figures, including SDM Educational Society Secretary D.
