He was speaking at the inauguration of the college-level competition Cresita  Fest, organized by the Crystal Club of the Chemistry Department at SDM  College today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\n  Dr. Padumale emphasized that engaging in activities like  Cresita offers opportunities for personality development and allows students to  learn beyond classroom studies. In his presidential address, Principal Dr. B.A.  Kumar Hegde highlighted the importance of setting specific goals in life.  &quot;In today&#8217;s world, it is crucial for everyone to have a clear goal.  Achieving that goal is not easy, and we must acquire certain skills and  qualities to succeed,&quot; he remarked.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">The event was attended by KP Nandakumari, Head  of the Chemistry Department, student representative G.V. Chandan, faculty  members, and students.
