Belthangady Unit of Kannada Sahitya Parishat and the Kannada department of the college jointly organized this event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018Pumstree\u2019 is a novel that transcends the limits of conventional virtues and commercialism. It is a must have in everyone\u2019s library, said experienced laureate P R Shastri. He added that it is a great honor for an author to be commemorated with a symposium about his book at his very hometown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Prabhakara Shishila was felicitated at the occasion on behalf of SDM College.
