Dr K S Jayappa, Finance Officer, Mangalore University, Konaje, inaugurated the conference, and Sri Premshekar, the Economic and Political Analyst, Udupi, delivered the keynote address. Dr Mahesh Kumar Shetty H, Assistant Professor, coordinated the programme.
