Several key administrative positions at Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Autonomous College, Ujire, have been filled following recent vacancies. The appointments were officially announced today.
Dr. Sridhara Bhat, former Head of the Sanskrit Department, has been appointed as the Registrar – Administration, a role previously held by Dr. Shaleep A.P., who recently retired from his position as Vice Principal.
Following this, Dr. Bhaskar Hegde, Head of the Journalism Department, has been appointed as the new Dean of Arts, succeeding Dr. Sridhara Bhat.
Additionally, Nataraj H.K., Assistant Professor, has been promoted to Head of the Department of Political Science, a role previously held by Dr. Shaleep.
The appointments were officially recognized by Principal Dr. B.A. Kumar Hegde, who presented appointment letters and extended his congratulations to the newly appointed officials.
Present at the occasion were Shashishekar N. Kakatkar, Educational Coordinator of the SDM Educational Society, and Nandakumari K.P., Registrar of Examinations, along with other dignitaries.
