The Department of Chemistry organized a workshop on “An orientation on basic research and database searching & quot; to the students of III B.Sc and II B.Sc on 31 March 2023. Dr Vasudeva Bhat, Research Professor, Department of Chemistry, Srinivas University, Mukka, Mangaluru, delivered a talk on how to do a literature review, methods involved in scientific research, choice of a research problem, plagiarism, and citation. About 100 students actively participated in the programme.
