SDM ITI for women started in the year 2006 presently residing at Manjushree building, Belalu Road, Ujire from 2013. This institution is working under SDM Education society® Ujire. As per rule this institution Affiliated to NCVT New Delhi & recognized by the government of Karnataka Industrial training & Employment Department.
The institution started with one trade “Computer Operator & Programing Assistant” in 2006 & and got affiliation from NCVT in 2008. After receiving affiliation from NCVT, another trade “Sewing Technology” was start i.e. in 2011. This Institution was Re-Affiliated by NCVT through Q.C.I accreditation on 2015 June and recorded as fourth institution in Belthangady Taluk, Dakshina Kannada Dist.

The Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Educational [SDME] Society, Ujire®, was established with the primary objective of making education both accessible and affordable to rural youth. Guided by its hallmark vision—”Adding Value into Education”—the Society today oversees 56 educational institutions across Karnataka, spanning from Kindergarten to Doctoral Studies. These institutions offer high-quality education across diverse disciplines, including General Education, Law, Technical, Medical, and Management Studies. Emphasizing both value-based learning and industry-relevant skill Component, the SDME Society ensures its students are well-equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic world.
As the new academic year begins, I extend a warm and cordial welcome to all my staff, female students and parents. May each academic year reach new heights; every member of this organization is dedicated, through honesty and hard work, to make another dream come true with new goals for the feature of the student body.

In addition to providing educational information, our goal is to ensure that the female students are well respect in society. For this, we have been providing special training like life skills and personality development along with the curriculum. In addition, we provide our students with many opportunities to develop 21st century skills such as critical thinking, emotional balance, time management, and much more.
